Description

Anguilla close is furnished in a modern style. The living room has a colour T.V. with DVD player, seating for 4 people and a sofa. French doors lead out to the balcony, and from here views over the harbour out to sea, and to the harbour shops and restaurants, and extensive views over to Hastings. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with floor and wall mounted cupboards, and work surfaces. There is a washer dryer, double electric oven with a 4 ring gas hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. The family bathroom leads from the hall with bath with a shower fitment hand wash basin, and toilet. The master bedroom is a very spacious double with sea views, and there is a double wardrobe and en suite shower room. A door from this room also leads out to the balcony. The twin bedroom is furnished with twin beds and a fitted wardrobe

The keys are collected form our office key safe which is located in Eastbourne. there is a welcome pack at the property.

Train from Victoria Station to Eastbourne approximately one hour and 40 minutes, or Gatwick airport approximately 45 minutes. There is a taxi service at Eastbourne Train Station all car hire can be organised with prior notice. Buses go from the South Harbour into Eastbourne on a regular basis. Buses and the Dotto train go from the South Harbour into Eastbourne on a regular basis from convenient stops located on nearby Atlantic drive

There is a balcony for those alfresco evenings which can be accessed from the living room and main bedroom. There is also designated under cover parking for one car and visitors parking.

There is an allocated parking space and a visitors parking space. From the apartment walks along the key side over the bridge to the Harbour cafe and restaurants and to the complex where all the major retail shops can be found including Asda super store. Princess Park and the yacht club are also within walking distance and from this end of the seafront you can ride your bike and skate. Pevensey fishing village and seafront is also close by..

Anguilla Close is a 3rd floor apartment with passenger lift, and is located on the South Harbour sleeping up to 4 people. From the living room and master bedroom there is access to the balcony and from here fantastic views of the harbour

EASTBOURNE has a reputation for sunny weather, a major factor in attracting thousands of holidaymakers to this part of the East Sussex coast. The town boasts more hours of sunshine than almost any other English holiday resort, about 2,000 hours each year.

You can walk round the harbour to all the facilities and restaurants. and to the Retail park which has a cinema and all the major shops. Pevensy /Westham has a station, and also Polegate and Eastbourne. There are many taxi companies in the area.
