Chesters have been successfully letting property in Eastbourne and surrounding areas. We are an independent company specialising in Holiday and short term lets and long term and student lets. Chesters is not part of a cooperative large company and therefore we can give a very competitive management rate either on an initial or fully management term.

We are proud of our long-term stability and have a prominent office in Eastbourne with a large footfall. We vet every tenant and accompany viewings. With the full management service we do extensive condition and inventory reports, we are up-dated with the latest lettings regulations on a regular basis through our UKLA ombudsman of which we are a full member.
