The bathroom has a bath with thermostatic power shower, hand wash basin, and toilet. There is a separate cloak room off the entrance hall with toilet and hand wash basin.

This is a real artist’s dream and if you like walking there are plenty of pathways to find.  Down the road are the shops, where you will find a butcher, baker, a well-stocked local convenience store, hairdressers, and beautician.  Across the road to the Old East Dean Village is The Tiger pub on the green, Thai Terre and two fantastic cafés, Hikers’ Rest and The Deli on the Green, serving coffees, light lunches, and homemade cakes.  There are many more walks from here over to Birling Gap and in the other direction up and over Hobbs Brow into Friston Forest and down to Exceat valley, and to the Cuckmere.   The busses go every 10 minutes along the main Eastbourne Road to Seaford and Brighton or in the other direction Eastbourne.
